In India wedding comprising of a large number of customs and traditions and if we talk in context of the bride it comprises of 'Mehndi' also known by the name Henna. The powder form of henna leaves is mixed with water to form a consistent semisolid paste which is applied on the hands and feet of the bride in several attractive patterns.When dried, the henna is removed completely by washing it with water.The color intensity of Henna applied is based on the time period for which It remains in contact with applied surface or you can say " the longer the darker ". In India the mehndi is believed to signify the strength of her marriage and love that bride will receive in her husband's house so that's why its color and intensity is considered as more important. means "darker the color of the mehendi, the stronger will be the marriage"
